In 2154, the world has undergone a dramatic transformation in the last century. Corporate structures have extracted resources for short term gain, governments excess spending in modern warfare, coupled with global warming causing devastating effects, leading to the rise of sea levels and the displacement of millions of people.

Even with this chaos significant advances in space technology has enabled exoplanet exploration lead to a remarkable discovery a new habitable planet known as Daegon is discovered.

A select few are chosen to build its first city - Hope City. Built with a vision of sustainability, shared decision making and an equal opportunity for all to prosper, the city is a fresh start for humanity.

Darkness engulfs Kurt and Aliyah as they sit in their living room. The only light comes from the digital shared screen that hangs on the wall outside. The screen flickers with a new advertisement for Hope City. In the ad, people are walking around in clean, brightly lit streets surrounded by beautiful parks and public spaces. The buildings don't look anything like the rundown apartment complex Kurt and Aliyah live in.

Kurt and Aliyah have never been able to afford electricity since spiralling price hikes, so they're used to sitting in the dark. But even they can see that the life they're living is not one that most people would now consider tolerable. They can't help but wonder what it would be like to live in a place like Hope City.

Kurt and Aliyah were skeptical of the program, but after doing some research, they realized that it could be a fresh start for them. They still feel a range of emotions as they fill out the application - anxiety, apprehension, and even hope.

Aliyah had been working on the application for weeks, and she was so close to finishing. But now, with the deadline looming, she was having doubts. Aliyah looks at Kurt with a tear falling from her face and says, "I can't submit the application, because i wont be able to provide any value in Hope City..."

Kurt and Aliyah arrive at Hope City and are assigned their new home. Looking out the window, they see a land of promise. Maybe our new life has started, they think. They can see greenery, water, and self-sustainable architecture. The city stands for self-expression, creativity, and innovation. Within minutes of arriving, Kurt and Aliyah are eager to start exploring their new World. They quickly fall in love with the city and all it has to offer. The city was bustling with life and there was a sense of hope and happiness that they had never felt before.

After years of living in a world that was slowly being destroyed by pollution and greed, it is refreshing to see a city that is thriving and sustainable. Hope City was built with the future in mind and it is clear that the residents are happy and have been reborn.

When Kurt and Aliyah arrived at the welcome party, they were both eager to meet new people. Kurt, a self-proclaimed creator, barrelled into a group of strangers with stories of his latest creations. Meanwhile, Aliyah hovered on the outskirts of the group, feeling self-conscious and out of place.

She wasn't a creator like Kurt, and she felt that everyone else at the party could tell. As Kurt chatted away, making friends left and right, Aliyah started to feel more and more like an outsider. Eventually, she slipped away from the group altogether, distancing herself in a corner, and spent the rest of the party feeling sorry for herself. It wasn't until afterwards that she realized that her negative attitude was what had really held her back from enjoying the party - not her lack of creativity.

Kurt worked hard at his job as a construction worker, but he could never seem to get ahead. Everyone around him seemed to be doing better than him, even though they weren't as dedicated to the job. He felt like he was stuck in a rut and that his life had no purpose.

Kurt was approached by a recruiter for the Hope City guard. The guard was a new organization that had been formed to protect the city from a rising criminal element. He saw this as his chance to make a difference and finally felt like he was doing something worthwhile. He joined the guard and quickly rose through the ranks.

However, he soon found out that the criminal element was far more entrenched in the city than he had realized. He was constantly fighting an uphill battle against corruption and injustice. He began to feel like Hope City was no longer the utopia it was meant to be.

Kurt's story is one of struggle against corruption and injustice. Sadly, these are issues that plague our own society today. It can often feel like we are fighting a losing battle against these forces. However, it is important to remember that hope always exists as long as we continue to fight for what we believe in

When the city was first established, its founders made a commitment to creating an inclusive environment that would welcome people from all backgrounds and all had an equal say with the direction of Hope City. This commitment to diversity quickly paid off, as Hope City became a hub for creativity and innovation. As the city began to attract more and more external investment, it became clear that Hope Citywas one of the most successful cities in Daegon.

As Hope City rapidly grew, Acheron recognized the need to ensure that the city's values were not lost in the process. He quickly emerged as a powerful influencer, and all major decisions started to include him in the process. Acheron was widely credited with helping to preserve the unique character of Hope City.

Acheron was a powerful and influential figure in Hope City. He believed that the city could progress more quickly if its decisions were made by a small group of elites, so he formed the Elite Council. The Council governed Hope City fairly for a while, but eventually greed and self-interest began to take priority over the needs of the city and its people. The Council extracted resources for themselves, leaving the people of Hope City to suffer. The Council's actions have led to a decline in Hope City's overall health and well-being in addition the  decline of the City both economically and socially.

The Elite Council live in a world of luxury, and their main goal is to get more and more resources. They take advantage of the people and get more and more brazen in their acts of greed. The people love them at first, but they eventually realize their true nature. The elite council is destroying the world, and the people are powerless to stop them.
